Our Head Trainer

Dr. Daniel Scott, Msc.D. is an NLP Behavior Modification Trainer and Consultant who has studied the behavioral science of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) since 1999 and in 2004 he received his NLP Trainer and Coaching certification from NLP University at the University of California Santa Cruz. Daniel is an Ericksonian based clinical Hypnotherapist with a base level certification in Reality Therapy/Choice Theory (RT/CT) and extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). More recently he obtained his Research Doctoral Degree in Metaphysical Sciences from the University of Metaphysics at the University of Sedona in Arizona. Daniel is a proud member of the Global NLP Training & Consulting Community and his company, Soaring Success P.E.C., is a fully recognized NLP Training Institute registered with the Canadian Association of NLP.

  • INTERPERSONAL ECOLOGY;

    • At Soaring Success our coaches and trainers respect the dignity and worth of each individual. We show respect for the integrity of others by responding to each person’s unique resources and by appropriately recognizing and responding to the differences among people.

  • PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY;

    • Soaring Success personal coaches and trainers, acknowledge their own level of NLP skill, training, credentials, and areas of competence fully and accurately, and discourages the use of NLP skills by any person unqualified to use them.

    They makes every effort to continue to expand the boundaries of their own models of the world, and to increase their competence through new learning and continuous training towards improvement.

  • ETHICAL PRACTICES;

    • Soaring Success only makes such statements and claims in the representation of the services provided which are true and accurate to the general information currently available. No statement or claim will be made that gives false information about any coaching or training or about the services of other NLP Institutes or anyone offering similar services.

    When providing services, Soaring Success coaches and trainers present the nature and purpose of their approach in language which can be understood and evaluated by other people. We openly and freely present the nature of outcomes and techniques used in providing coaching and training services. Should it become reasonably clear that the coaching client or training recipient is not benefitting, we will terminate those services.

    Soaring Success openly and freely represents the nature of conflicts of interest involving those for whom services are provided. All efforts are made to avoid inappropriate and/or exploitative relationships with trainees, clients, subordinates, or others for whom services are given.

  • RECOGNITION OF CURRENT LIMITS;

    • Soaring Success personal excellence coaches and trainers recognize the current limits of their own personal competence and of the NLP techniques which they use. They also recognize any other personal limitations and/or problems that might interfere with providing appropriate service to others. Whenever such limitations or problems are suspected to exist, feedback will be sought from others qualified to give it and they will stop providing service where their own limitations or problems may interfere.

  • PUBLIC REPRESENTATION OF NLP;

    • Soaring Success acts publicly in ways aimed to enhance the community’s perception of NLP, its practitioners, and/or practices. Statements made by Soaring Success to the public will provide balanced representations of the NLP model and its limits. Such statements are aimed to inform the public about NLP and to assist the public in making informed decisions and choices.

  • RESPECT FOR OTHER PROFESSIONS;

    • Soaring Success’ coaches and trainers sufficiently understands the competencies of related fields to make appropriate referrals to other professions, and we show respect for professionals in related fields by learning and acknowledging their customary procedures when interacting with them.
